Payment Information

1. Portrait Sessions are taken by appointment only.

2. A 50% deposit of the total session fee is required in order to reserve the studio for your photo session.  Deposits can be made by telephone when scheduling your appointment.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Upon approval, your studio time will be reserved.  The deposit is refundable if the studio is notified of cancellation within 48 hours (2 days) prior to your session time.  Cancellations must be made by telephone only.  A cancellation by email is unaccepted.

3. Once your session is complete, previews will be available at the studio.  The previews do not leave the studio.  If it is necessary for other individuals to see previews and assist with the decision process, we will gladly make an appointment for everyone involved.  Please notify the studio if you have other people involved with your decision and selection.

4. When ordering prints and enlargements, 50% of the total order is due when placing your order.  The balance is due when the order is completed and is picked up.  Orders that are not picked up within 30 days after notification will result in forfeit of the deposit.

Can I Order Additional Prints Later?

Yes, we keep all films on file for 3 months.

Can I Reproduce or Copy Any  Photos?

Any and All photographs taken by Rebel Star Studios, LLC are copyrighted material and are subject to all Copyright Laws.  Therefore it is illegal to copy, reproduce, or submit electronically on the internet to any web sites, personal sites or email any photographs.  Violators of the Federal Law will be subject to its Civil and Criminal Penalties. 

What If I Wear Glasses?

If you wear prescription glasses, if possible you should not wear them, remove the lens prior to your session, or use a pair of empty frames.  If you wear your glasses, your final portraits may have glass glare in them, even though we do our best to avoid it.  Retouching does not remove this.  Expensive artwork for each print, charged to the client, is the only way to correct the glare.

What About Retouching?

Retouching can be used to remove acne, blemishes and soften dark circles and lines.  Retouching can’t fix wrinkled clothing, a broken nail, red eyes or glass glare.

What Should I Do Prior To My Session? 

Coordinate your wardrobe a day or two before your appointment to avoid last minute disasters.  Get plenty of sleep the night before your session.  Be in a confident mood the day of your session.

When Should I Arrive?

You should come in for your session 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  We keep all appointments on schedule.  We cannot keep scheduled appointments when you arrive late.  If you arrive late, the time lost comes from your session.  Your photo session is fun and unique.  We treat you like the star that you are!  So prepare to have a good time and that will transcend into outstanding visual art.

Can I Bring a Friend or Companion?

Although it's not discouraged, it's not highly recommended.  The more people there are, the more distractions occur, even though not intentional.  This takes time away from your photo session.

Miscellaneous Information

Absolutely no one permitted on studio grounds less that 14 years of age for safety reasons.  No exceptions.  Personal cameras, cell phone cameras or other recording devices are not permitted.

Out of Town Clients
