Headshot Packages   A headshot is the standard for actors. Headshots are sometimes used by models who have not compiled a composite yet.  It's traditional for actors to use a black and white headshot to take along to auditions, send out for projects, positions or promotion.

Anyone who is an aspiring actor, professional actor, musician, entertainer, personal manager, comedian, dancer, singer, in a band, artist, model, performer or just wanting to be an extra on a movie, must have a headshot.

A headshot is used to represent you.  Agents and Casting Directors require a professional headshot.  If you're in the entertainment industry, a headshot is a must.

Portfolio Packages   Aspiring models, glamour, runway, lingerie and fashion models require a professional portfolio.  It's your sales tool. 

A portfolio is a variety of photos that represent you and expresses your personality.  The professional model photographer takes an assortment of shots consisting of headshots, medium shots and full body shots in various settings.

Rebel Star Studios has a multitude of Portfolio Packages to fit every budget.  Packages range from the interior studio to the extensive backlot or both.  Of course every shot is carefully lit with elaborate movie lights.  The same lighting that is used in Hollywood on movie productions.  Careful attention to detail, posing and background is essential in achieving the shots you want to represent you in your portfolio. 

Bring your wardrobe.  Depending upon which package you select, you have several wardrobe changes to give you different looks.  If requested, a makeup artist will be available for your photo session.  The choice is yours.

Promo/Media   Actors and models need the right materials for promotion.  It's essential to have appropriate media for representation.

• Personalized Headshots - small and large quantities
• Composites - small and large quantities
• Zed Cards - small and large quantities

Personalized headshots are available in large and small quantities.  Your name or stage name is printed on the bottom border.  It can be located left justified, centered, or right justified.  A variety of fonts are available to bring it all together for the exact image you desire. 

Composites, Comp Cards, also known as Zed Cards, can be printed with your photos on one side only, on both sides, one side black and white, the other side color, all color, all black and white.  You can also have your statistics printed, your agency that represents you, or other information to make it easy for potential clients to make contact.  The number of shots on each side is also optional as well as quantity.  The choice is yours.

Test Sessions  Test Sessions are a great tool to gain experience in front of the camera.  If you're just starting out in your acting or modeling career, test shots are the answer.  You gain hands on experience in front of the camera with a professional photographer and elaborate studio lighting.  This gives you complete understanding of your facial expressions, profiles and posing.

You'll also learn production terms and camera direction from the photographer, which is valuable for future jobs.

The result is to see how you look in print.  Use Test Sessions to perfect your craft.  It's a learning experience that is available only at Rebel Star Studios.

Test Sessions are always shot in black and white.  We have a variety of Test Sessions depending upon your requirements.  You can choose from 1 roll, 2,3, 4, 5, and 6 rolls of film for your session.

You receive a contact sheet of each roll for your review and a personal consultation with the photographer for suggestions and advise.

You may want to do a Test Session.  Review your contact sheet.  Go home and practice in front of the mirror to perfect your facial features and/or posing.  Schedule another Test Session and see the improvement you've made comparing the first contact sheets with the most recent Test Session.  It's a great learning tool.

Once you've reviewed your test shots, you're ready for your Headshot Session or Portfolio Session.  You have the confidence and attitude that translates into outstanding pictures for your professional headshot or portfolio.
